Hello namesake,

thanks for this article — that's exactly what I wanted to know about thet movie. Since I am a big fan of character studies (and Eastwood knows how to tell a story far from the bang boom bang of the averagy Hollywood movie) I had much hope for this one. And I had my doubts about DiC., because — at least for me — he will always stay the little Titanic boy, no matter what. I know to be a little unjust but I can't help it. I will see this some day but with not-so-high expectations. Thanks for not spoiling.

Greetings from Germany,

Just saw the CSI NY episode "Air Apparent" and had to rewind to see who wrote it. Wow! What an excellent job. For once the "good guy" isn't the bad guy! I can't tell you how refeshing that is! AS soon as I heard Riley praying I thought, oh, yeah, here we go again! But I was so wrong! And that prayer was absolutely beautiful! You really brought something good into the world with that episode. thanks!

Thanks cuz. I just saw my sis and your sis last weekend, that's part of why all of this is so jarring. And you're right, she and others have told me not to let this overtake me. We need to catch up my next trip down South.
