Coming Full Circle

A little more than a year ago, I took over one of my best friend’s houses for a day and shot a short film with a great crew of fellow KU graduates.  After successful screening on the East Coast and the West Coast, national television and the internet, I find myself feeling nostalgic that Lady In My Life will actually be screening up the road from where the film was shot; down the street from the dorm rooms where I started to grow the seeds that have led me to where I’m at today.

For those in the area, my short will be screening as part of the Lawrence Arts Center Short Film Festival, which starts this Saturday at 7 PM.  The Lawrence Arts Center is located at 940 New Hampshire.  For more information, click on the LAC’s site (it’s on my blogroll).  I personally won’t be able to make this screening, but I already know other members of the crew will be there.  If they are given a chance to be recognized, make sure you give them the same amount of respect and congrats you’ve given me the past year.
